• Account details: name, phone, email, business details, plan tier.
• Financial/ERP data: transactional, billing, and operational data you enter. You own your financial/business data.
• Voice input data: voice commands processed to execute ERP functions.
• Usage analytics: device, log, and interaction data to improve reliability and performance.

• Service delivery: operate core ERP, voice, and AI features.
• AI improvement: use de-identified/aggregated data to refine models; we do not sell your financial data.
• Support: respond to issues and service requests.
• Billing: manage subscriptions, payments, and invoices.

• Voice commands are processed to perform requested ERP actions.
• De-identified/aggregated voice data may be used to improve accuracy and safety.
• Voice data is not sold to third parties.

• Integrations: WhatsApp, Telegram, payment gateways, and other services you connect are subject to their terms; their handling of data is outside our control.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, and support vendors under contractual safeguards.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, security, and fraud prevention.

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for applicable data; access controls and least-privilege practices; industry-standard safeguards (no system is absolutely secure).

Kept while your account is active; deleted or anonymized after closure, subject to legal, regulatory, or legitimate business requirements.

Request access, correction, or deletion, and close your account (subject to legal limits and required records). You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

Processing may occur across borders. For India- and UAE-based users, applicable local laws govern; cross-border transfers use reasonable safeguards.

Not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
